4 YEARS OLD. I can't believe it. It seems like not that long ago, I was changing her tiny diapers. Singing songs about her piggies. Nursing her to sleep. Playing peek-a-boo with her. So how in the world could she possibly be turning 4??!!!
She is my heart, beating outside my body. I love her with all my heart, from the DEPTHS of my heart. I cannot believe how big she is getting. She loves to help with Trevor, especially when she senses that I'm getting stressed out. She knows JUST the right time to come over to me, wrap her arms around me, and say, "Mommy, I love you SO much. Can I snuggle with you?" Her little heart is as pure as gold and her personality is sweet as honey. She has her moments, but really- God has blessed me with the most precious, tender-hearted little girl. Such a perfect gift from Him. I know I am not worthy of this amazing gift. I pray that He would give me the strength to be a better mother to her. A better example of a God-fearing woman to her. A better example of a Godly wife. I have a long way to go. A LONG way. But I know God will be faithful to complete the work He has started in me! My daughter deserves the very best mom in me. Lord, please help me to be Your very best! I am nothing without You!
